Hospitality, Tourism and Aviation

We’re at the heart of one of the UK’s top tourist destinations. With hospitality and tourism jobs set to rise amongst the East Midlands, where better to study for a career in this sector?

Here in Nottingham we’ve got it all: high class restaurants owned by Marco Pierre White, Sat Bains and Jamie Oliver to name a few, luxury hotel accommodation such as the Mercure Hotel and Hart’s Hotel, stadium venues such as the Motorpoint Arena, some of the UK’s most scenic countryside and cultural landmarks and fantastic shopping venues. We even have our very own award-winning gourmet student-run restaurant in our Adams building!

We hold excellent relationships with national and international employers including Hilton Hotels, Alea Casinos, Michael Wisher Associates, the Broadmoor Resort, Camp America, Disney World, and USA country clubs. The legendary chef Marco Pierre White is a big supporter of the college.

Our graduates go on to great jobs! We regularly see our graduates developing successful careers with high-end establishments and key players of the industry such as: Etihad Airways; Rutland Square Hotel; Manchester Air Port; Harts Hotel and Landmark Hotel London.

You could get your hands on exciting opportunities within college and with national operators for managing events, taking over hospitality operations, shadowing key personnel, and meeting with industry experts.

We’ve got open days throughout the year, but if you can’t make these dates, we’d love to arrange a personal tour at a time that suits you, just get in touch!
