Today our students work has been put on display in @nottmcentrallibrary!🖼

Students worked with @itsinnottingham to produce work to be displayed during the Wellbeing fortnight starting next Wednesday. 👏

A group of our Level 3 Photography students, photographed members of the public and edited the images to create jigsaw inspired pieces, representing the different aspects of mental health. One of our Level 4 Foundation Art students also created some paintings to represent themes such as childhood and memories, interactions with strangers and wellbeing outlets, like reading.

Congratulations to all those involved and keep an eye out for more on this next week!👀

On the 21st of February, our first cohort of 18 students, together with their parents, were invited to mark the first completion of our Strive Programme, held in our newly refurbished library space at our High Pavement Campus. 🙌

The Strive Programme provided specialist guidance, a tailored curriculum, and enrichment opportunities to support progression to elite universities. 💭

We had the opportunity to speak with essay winners Kevin Nwagwu and Geri Karamihaleva who spoke to us about what the programme is and how they’ve received support throughout their journey 🤝

The event was held at our Adams campus, and it was a great opportunity to celebrate the diversity of our students and staff. 🙌

There were stalls with various information and activities, alongside workshops for African drumming, hula hooping, salsa dancing and much more! 🎊
