All our Music students study and perform in purpose-built facilities at the ncn Clarendon Academy of Performing Arts and Music offering outstanding provision and resources. You will get the chance to create, practice, produce as well as perform music in our state-of–the-art specialist facilities.
The department is well equipped with two theatres, separate music technology suites, a keyboard lab and three fully equipped professional recording studios. There is also a large selection of live rooms, and individual and group rehearsal rooms.
Our students have access to a range of those specialist facilities, including our recording studios running ProTools HD systems, a Mac/Logic/Ableton Live computer suite, a PC/Cubase music suite and a post-production suite. A large range of hands-on music technology in performance equipment is available, including Native Instruments’ Maschine, Akai MPCs, Analogue Moog and Prophet synths, Loopstations, Handsonics, Kaoss Pads, numerous MIDI controllers, and VJ software, Modul8, for visual manipulation.
