Business and Administration Advanced Apprenticeship
Former apprentice Karla Eroglu, 20, completed Level 2 and 3 in Business and Administration whilst employed by ncn. She now has a permanent position as Examinations Officer at the College.
Karla said: “After completing my ‘A’ Levels I was unsure of what to do next, but I saw that Apprenticeships were being advertised on the ncn website and decided to apply.
“I have found it easier to learn in a more practical way and I’ve really enjoyed the responsibility of job ownership. It has been great to experience a different way of learning while getting to where I want to be career wise.
“Taking qualifications alongside working has helped me to understand my own job role better, and the Apprenticeship has already helped secure a permanent position at ncn and to progress within the organisation.”
