Apprenticeships in the Public Sector
The College has been delivering highly successful apprenticeship programmes for several years, and there are currently over 700 apprentices currently on an ncn programme.
Our success rates are the highest in the sector, and we can now advise employer organisations of the service we offer, due to our status as a Public Sector employer.
We are the biggest employer of apprentices in the FE sector, and have gained much experience regarding needs analysis, recruitment, mentoring and progression.
