How to claim commission

Once a student has enrolled and the College has received the full amount of course fees the details will be logged against the agent through whom the student was recruited. Then on a term by term basis the International Office will issue a payment advice to the agent listing all students by name, the amount of tuition fee paid and the amount of commission due.

On receipt the agent should check the payment advice and if in agreement raise and submit an invoice to the International Office. Any requests for alteration must be submitted before the invoice to enable a new payment advice to be raised. No changes can be accepted once an invoice has been received by the College.
