The Hospitality Foundation, together with the Hospitality Awarding Body (HAB) has implemented NVQ qualifications in Hospitality in the workplace at Levels 2 and 3.
What is an Apprenticeship?
An Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised Training Scheme for employed people aged 16 - 24 who would like to gain work-based qualifications. You can earn while you learn, with employers paying you a minimum wage.
You can achieve National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) Level 2 and 3 in your Apprenticeship, and the School of Food, Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism offers apprenticeships in:
- Drink and Food Service
- Professional Cookery
- Food Processing and Cooking
- Front Office
- Housekeeping
- Multi-skilled Hospitality
- Hospitality Supervision
