A group of parents at Ambleside Primary School took part in an ncn 'Keeping Up With Children' course in numeracy last year.
Not only did the parents find out how to support their children in maths, they all went on to gain numeracy qualifications themselves.
Many of them have come back to ncn to continue with their learning, progressing onto the next level of the National Test in Numeracy.
