"After finishing school I started work and was fairly successful as I worked my way up to a junior management position. Recently I realised that I did not have suitable qualifications to progress any further in my current role. After some consideration I decided that the best way for me to advance my career was to go back into education.
"After looking at numerous local courses, I decided to study at ncn. The course is very in depth and will develop my vocational skills, which was just what I was looking for. The tuition fees are reasonable, and I felt supported right through the application process.
"I was nervous before I enrolled, but I shouldn’t have worried. Everyone has been brilliant, I have made loads of new friends and the tutors are very knowledgeable with relevant business experience. I’m really looking forward to some exciting trips to places like New York or Tokyo.
"It’s great to be so central in Nottingham, being so close to the shops and nightlife and I find it really accessible as buses and trams stop right outside the College and the train station is just down the road.
"Once I have graduated from the Foundation Degree course, I would like to study for a top-up qualification in a related subject."
