Please note:

• NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED. Failure to do so may affect the students' progress.
• Some of our services are only available at specific sites and at certain times of the year. Please call for further information.
• A skin test is required 48 hours prior to any eye treatments and hair colour services.
• A full consultation will be given prior to any treatment. Treatments are undertaken at the stylist's and therapist's discretion. If, for health and safety or medical reasons, the stylist or therapist considers a treatment unsuitable for you, it will not be given. If appropriate, alternatives will be recommended. No refund will be available for treatments that cannot be performed.
• Any person aged 16 or below requiring a treatment must have a consent form filled in by a parent or guardian and be accompanied by a chaperone who is over 16 years of age. Some of the treatments may be not available to anyone aged 16 or below.
• For health and safety reasons, we request that children are carefully supervised at all times whilst in the hair salon. Children under 16 years of age are not alllowed in the treatment rooms.
