Welcome to ncn High Pavement Sixth Form College. We are delighted that your daughter or son is joining us.
At High Pavement we really value input and support from parents. We welcome your views and comments and hope that you will join us over the year for Parents’ evenings and other events. Research shows that parental support can make a significant difference to educational achievement.
I hope you find this section useful. It provides important information for you to help you to support your daughter or son’s progress. It is intended as a guide only and not as a substitute for personal contact.
Our policy is to deal with any student problem as it occurs and to contact you only if our initial efforts fail. We will continue with this policy but it may be helpful to outline some of our procedures and expectations so that you can contact us if you have any queries or concerns.
If there are any ways in which you feel you could contribute to our College life (eg: by helping to arrange work experience/shadowing) we would certainly like to hear from you.
If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us. This is particularly important if you feel ill informed about anything.
