Other locations of our ‘A’ level courses
The majority of the ‘A’ level courses we offer are based at ncn High Pavement Sixth Form College. You may, however; find that some of your chosen courses take place at other ncn campuses. This is to take advantage of the specialist facilities such as the art, textiles and photography studios at ncn Lace Market School of Art, Design Fashion and Media; the dance, drama and music facilities at ncn Clarendon Academy of Performing Arts and Music; or the language laboratories at ncn Lace Market ‘A’ Level Centre.
ncn School of Art, Design, Fashion and Media
The Art, Design, Textiles and Photography courses are taught within the ncn Lace Market School of Art, Design, Fashion and Media. Students will have access to a wide range of resources and facilities, including studio space for drawing, design, pattern cutting, painting, ceramics, sculpting, screen printing, and more, as well as a photography studio and darkrooms.
The School also has first-class exhibition space for displaying work, including the end-of-the-year exhibition for 'A' Level students.
ncn Lace Market 'A' Level Centre
The Lace Market 'A' Level Centre, based at ncn City Adams on level ‘G’, provides state-of-the-art facilities and services for students studying 'A' Levels in Modern Foreign Languages and History of Art.
ncn Clarendon Academy of Performing Arts and Music
Dance, Music, Drama and Theatre Studies students have access to our exciting purpose-built facilitates at ncn Clarendon Academy of Performing Arts and Music offering outstanding provision and resources.
The Academy regularly presents student drama, dance and music performances to the public, and hosts productions by visiting professional companies.
Travelling between campuses
ncn is a big college, but most of our campuses are fairly compact so you won’t have a problem finding your way around. If you need to travel between campuses, there’s the Hopper, a free minibus service. It runs between ncn Clarendon, ncn City (Adams) and ncn High Pavement Sixth Form College.
