This course can also be studied as an intensive one-year programme for students aged 19+ at ncn High Pavement Sixth Form College.

Entry Requirements
All students will be required to take an initial Maths assessment.
'AS':
- At least Grade B in GCSE Mathematics
Students with Grade C may be able to study 'AS' Level Mathematics over two years. Students may also be required to attend an introductory bridging course after completion of GCSEs.
'A2':
- At least Grade E in 'AS' Mathematics
Course Content
3 units at 'AS' Level and 3 units at 'A2' Level including Pure Mathematics and Statistics.
It is assumed that you will have your own scientific calculator. A graphical calculator is also strongly recommended - ask your tutor for advice before buying one.
Assessment
A combination of examinations and one piece of coursework.

A Higher Education course in mathematics, business, accountancy, science, computing, engineering, economics or a career in one of these areas.
