Samantha Bailey

Samantha has just finished her FdA in Hospitality Management (Culinary Arts) at ncn. After leaving school, she worked as a chef for ten years before deciding to come back into education.
"I wanted to know more about business, particularly finance, which was my weakest area. I also wanted to build on my culinary knowledge, so that I could progress my career and eventually build and run my own business.
"I particularly enjoyed the chance to do some work at Nottingham's only Michelin starred restaurant with a unique and creative chef. And the course opened up an amazing opportunity to work in Greece, which I loved."
Samantha is currently working as a chef and building her own wedding cake business.
