"I chose to study this course as it has a variety of options for progression into the multimedia industry, eg. web design, animation, film and sound etc. It also has the option of studying abroad as part of the Erasmus project.
"Before this course I was a trainee parts adviser, but I soon realised that my true potential lay within the multimedia industry, and not the car industry!
"Once I’ve completed my Foundation Degree I’d like to progress onto one of ncn’s one-year Top-up Degrees which will complete my qualification.
"In the first week of the course, we participated in a trip to Derbyshire as a team-building activity, it was tremendous fun and allowed us to get to know each other better.
"I feel that I had very little industry knowledge before starting my course in September, but I’ve now achieved valuable experience and a better insight into the industry I want to be part of.
"I’m not from this part of the country, but I would recommend ncn, as it has provided me with a great opportunity to expand my horizons without feeling too overpowered by university. Also, it had exactly the course I wanted."
