ncn runs the Adams Restaurant and Brasserie at ncn City (Adams). The Adams Restaurant is open to the public and is serviced by Hospitality Management students, who plan menus, prepare food, and serve meals and drinks in a commercial environment.
The College also has partnerships with specialists in the hospitality, travel and tourism industries regionally, nationally and internationally. This helps with industrial placements, study tours and career opportunities.
