How much will the course fees be?

For new full-time students starting in September 2012 the course fee would be £5750 for the academic year. However, course fees can vary depending on the course. Please contact the Higher Education Support Team on 0115 910 4584 for the latest course information.

If you are eligible, you can apply for a Student Loan for Fees, which means you will not have to pay your course fees before you start your course or whilst you are studying. You do not have to pay back your Student Loan for Fees until you have left Higher Education and are earning over £21,000.

Student Loans for Fees are administered by the Student Finance England.

What is a student loan, and how can I get one?

You may apply for a Student Maintenance Loan to help with living costs. The actual amount you receive is dependent on several factors, such as when you entered into higher education, the amount of any grants you may have been awarded, your income and your household's income.

You only start to pay back your loan after your course is finished and you are earning above £21,000 per year.
