As a further education student your child may be able to claim additional funding from the Learner Support Fund. If your household income is below £20,817 they may be eligible. The fund is there to help contribute towards the costs of attending college, such as travel, specialised equipment and childcare. If your child requires childcare funding they must check their eligibility first at any reception before arranging their child’s nursery place.
