The Enterprise Business Group

The Enterprise Business Group at New College Nottingham (ncn) is a real life training and working environment for learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. With the support of ncn, the idea of the centre is to enable learners to progress into employment whilst giving them practical experience in a sheltered supported environment.

Our current projects are:

• BugArts

  BugArts manufactures original craft goods for sale, including mosaics, handmade cards, prints, bags, hats and more.

• EB Gleam

  EB Gleam cleans telephones and keyboards in ncn offices.

• PlantTastic

  Plant Tastic has its own allottment in Carlton where learners grow vegetables. They also create and sell planted containers, hanging baskets and single plants.

• Fancy That Catering

  Fancy That Catering produces a selection of delicious freshly baked cakes for our Enterprise sales or charity events, and will do event catering to special orders.
