Starters

  • Ricotta, sage and lemon ravioli with caper dressing (v)
  • Prawn cocktail with Bloody Mary aioli
  • Peking duck pancakes with plum and mandarin chutney and spring onion salad

Main courses

  • Roast chicken with risotto of wild mushrooms, baby leeks and parmesan
  • Twice cooked pork belly, parsnip purée, fondant potato and purple sprouting broccoli
  • Sea bass, Lincolnshire new potatoes, brown shrimp and samphire dressing
  • Tomato tarte with gruyère, basil and dressed leaves (v)

Desserts

  • Lemon tart with lime sorbet and raspberries (v)
  • Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream (v)
  • Vanilla and lavender panna cotta with shortbread
