At New College Nottingham we aim to ensure that Deaf and hearing impaired learners have full access to the college courses and services.
We have a dedicated Deaf Access Team and can provide:
- Sign Language communication (BSL/SSE)
- Voice over
- Notetaking
- 1:1 support
- Adaptation of materials
- Technical equipment
- Qualified Teacher of the Deaf support
- Deaf Awareness for tutors and peers
Our goal is to provide a friendly, effective service enabling Deaf and hearing impaired learners to achieve their full potential.
