Local artist, Nick Mobbs, is exhibiting his work ‘Dens and Lairs’ at ncn’s Lace Market Gallery from 25 October to 11 November. His artwork, which is based on an investigation into how the domestic setting can be disturbed, includes installation, photography and printmaking.
Nick's work subverts the methods and rituals of childhood play to create images that conjure mixed feelings of nostalgia and anxiety.
The exhibition is free to view at the ncn Lace Market Gallery, 25 Stoney Street, Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm.
