Chrissy Whitechurch took over breakfast service at Hilton Hotel Nottingham, working alongside regular Hilton Hotel staff to their usual high standards.
Hilton Hotel Manager, Richard Parker, commented: “Chrissy did a great job. Chrissy’s takeover followed a stint at Aubrey’s Traditional Creperie for Baiba Birzgale and Vivian Lee. The girls learned how to make traditional Brittany-style pancakes and demonstrated their organisation and customer service skills with owner and former ncn student, Meg Hale.
Students also ‘took over’ at Novotel Nottingham, The Lace Market Hotel, Holiday Inn Express and the Stick & Pitcher at Highfields sports club.
