NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing student, Danielle Bradley, will compete in the national final of the WorldSkills UK Advanced Hairdressing competition at L’Oreal in London on 12th June, after scoring high marks at a regional heat held at ncn Clarendon in May.

Danielle’s fashionable men’s cut and exciting avant garde ladies’ style impressed the judges enough to place her in the top 17 competitors from across the UK. Danielle will now compete for a medal in the intense live final.

WorldSkills UK is a portfolio of skills competitions designed by leading industry experts and training providers aimed at students, trainees and employees.

Danielle says: “The regional competition was quite pressured, but I really enjoyed it. My tutors are great and have been helping me prepare for the final. Competitions at this level are great as it can really get your skills noticed.”
