16 governors make up the membership of the Board. From September 2011 the Board will meet 7 times per year, incorporating all the business necessary to undertake their responsibilities. The statutory committees of Audit and Search will support the work of the Board in accordance with the Instrument and Articles of Government. The Remuneration Committee will continue to advise the Board on matters relating to Senior Post Holders.
