Access to Nursing

Nursing is an incredibly rewarding profession and you could begin your career this September with our Access to Nursing and Midwifery Diploma.

If you are aged 19 or over you can apply for our one year Access programme to give you a fast track route to University. What’s more, the loan you can take out to pay for your year of study will be paid in full for you when you enrol onto your degree.

The Access to Nursing and Midwifery Diploma is perfect if you don’t have the necessary academic qualifications you need to go to University. The course is designed to prepare you for degree-level study in nursing or midwifery by giving you a good foundation of knowledge and practical skills.

If you have taken time out of education but want to get back in; not had the success you hoped for with A Levels, and you’re now over 19; or you fancy changing your career and need to retrain, this could be the course for you.

You can apply online using the Apply button on the right of this page.
