Business and Administration Advanced Apprenticeship
24-year-old Khalifia Newland is studying an Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3) in Business and Administration at Futurestore retail skills shop in Westfield’s Broadmarsh shopping centre.
She commented: “I love my job. It’s great to be able to learn the skills I need whilst earning a wage. My day is always varied. I do anything from general office administration and diary management to writing reports, sorting the post and answering telephone enquiries. My role has helped to build my confidence as I speak to clients and employers on a daily basis.
I hope to continue working at Furturestore when I’ve completed my Apprenticeship.”
