Recent ncn graduate Srijana Gurung believes the quality of her education at ncn has been instrumental in launching her career with a well-known international chain of hotels. Srijana came to ncn in October 2007 with a group of her peers from the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in India. She completed a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel Management and then progressed to the BA (Hons) in Service Sector Management, graduating in November 2010.
She believes the key to her success is a combination of the quality of teaching and the level of support and advice available for students from the International team.
She said: “I would like to express my gratitude to my mum, my tutor Becca, and to Shila Parekh and the rest of the College’s International team, as they have been a real support to me. I have never regretted the decision to come to England, and have had a world class experience throughout my journey so far. Today, I feel I am where I always wanted to be.”
