Meg has recently graduated from ncn with a BA (Hons) in Service Sector Management, having achieved the FdA in Events Management in 2008. She has just launched her business, Aubrey's.
Aubrey's specialises in French crêpes and savoury galettes - Meg spent a week in Brittany training to produce her specialist crêpes, whilst juggling her final year college work.
"My course helped me enormously as it gave me all-round management skills as well as knowledge of how to market myself and strategic business thinking.
"I think studying for a Degree at college is a great idea - I had previously tried university for a year, but it wasn't for me - at ncn I received virtually one-to-one tuition and had a great relationship with my tutors."
