ncn runs the Adams Restaurant and Brasserie at ncn City (Adams). The Adams Restaurant is open to the public and is serviced by Hospitality Management students, who plan menus, prepare food, and serve meals and drinks in a commercial environment.
The College also has state-of-the-art food preparation and patisserie kitchens, and a purpose-built food demonstration theatre.
The College also has partnerships with specialists in the hospitality, travel and tourism industries regionally, nationally and internationally, such as The Broadmoor Resort, Camp America, Disney World®, Universal Studios, USA country clubs, Servisair, Hilton Hotels, Jurys Inn, Park Plaza and Crowne Plaza, Michael Wisher Associates, Graffiti Events and Eat to the Beat, as well as local independent operations including Hart's Hotel, Nottingham Forest FC and The University of Nottingham. This helps with industrial placements, study tours and career opportunities.
