If you like learning in a practical way, you could go for a Diploma. You'll get loads of real-life industry experience and pick up all the skills you need to get you where you want to be.
You'll get expert subject tuition, plus essential extras, such as teamwork and communication skills - the skills employers and universities will be looking for.
On top of that, you'll do Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT, complete a project and get at least ten days' work experience.
Diplomas will gear you up for the workplace or more study, so it's up to you what to do next. Once you've finished your Diploma (which normally takes two years), you'll have a whole host of skills to take you into work, Further or Higher Education.
