About the Adams Restaurant, Brasserie and bar
The Adams Restaurant, Brasserie and bar are run by students on a range of catering and hospitality courses within New College Nottingham, all of whom appreciate the experience of a realistic working environment.
Previous students have won prestigious prizes, including the East Midlands Chef of the Year and the East Midlands Professional Chef of the Year.
The Restaurant and Brasserie offer varied menus at a reasonable price, and the Bar is fully licensed.
We hold different Gourmet, Showcase and Themed Evenings, and you can book a table using a variety of methods to suit you.

We have a policy of not charging for service. However, gratuities are welcome and will be used to support educational activities for the students.
