Reception is the first point of contact within New College Nottingham for all students and visitors.
Reception staff will be able to provide you with a range of information, advice and support and if we can't answer your question ourselves, we will know someone who can.
Here are some of the things Reception do:
- Enrol you on to courses
- Give information about course fees and ways to pay
- Invoice for unpaid fees and instalments due
- Provide you with a student ID card
- Process your examination entry form
- Give rooming information and directions to rooms
- Lost property
- Focal point for security and first aid
- Provide initial course information
- Give information about student financial support and issue funding application forms and cheques
- Tell you more about the Enrichment programme
- Information about accommodation
- Help you make a complaint or report an incident
- Accept items for collection
We are also a referral point for many other services and can put you in touch
with the college specialist student support services.
